Zugriff auf Retail Webseiten über Smartphones zum Vorjahr um 43 Prozent gestiegen

Frankfurt, 22. Oktober 2013  – comScore, Inc., eines der führenden Unternehmen in der Messung der digitalen Welt hat heute eine Analyse der Mobiltelefonnutzung in den fünf führenden europäischen Märkten (Frankreich, Deutschland, Italien, Vereinigtes Königreich und Spanien – zusammengefasst als EU5-Region) auf Basis von Daten des comScore MobiLens Service veröffentlicht. Die Studie zeigt, dass die mobile Nutzung von Retail–Webseiten im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 43 Prozent anstieg. 20,4 Prozent der EU5-Smartphone-Besitzer nutzen Retail Apps und Sites auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon. UK Has Highest Penetration of Smartphone Map Users in EU5

LONDON, UK, 31 May 2012 – comScore, Inc., a leader in measuring the digital world, today released an overview of mobile and computer usage of Maps across the five leading European markets (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom) using the comScore MobiLens and comScore MMX services. The study showed that 35.0 percent of smartphone users in EU5 reported accessing maps via their device in March 2012, compared to 49.6 percent of the internet audience accessing Maps sites on their computers. comScore Reports June 2011 U.S. Mobile Subscriber Market Share

*2 out of 5 Smartphone Subscribers Now Use Android Platform*

RESTON, VA, August 4, 2011 – comScore, Inc., a leader in measuring the digital world, today released data from the comScore MobiLens service, reporting key trends in the U.S. mobile phone industry during the three month average period ending June 2011. The study surveyed more than 30,000 U.S. mobile subscribers and found Samsung to be the top handset manufacturer overall with 25.3 percent market share. Google Android continued to gain ground in the smartphone market reaching 40.1 percent market share in June.

OEM Market Share

For the three month average period ending in June, 234 million Americans ages 13 and older used mobile devices. Device manufacturer Samsung ranked as the top OEM with 25.3 percent of U.S. mobile subscribers (up 0.8 percentage points), followed by LG with 21.3 percent share (up 0.4 percentage points) and Motorola with 14.5 percent share. Apple strengthened its position at #4 with 8.9 percent share of mobile subscribers (up 1.0 percentage points), while RIM rounded out the top five with 7.9 percent share. (more…)

The study found that 48 million mobile users accessed maps on their mobile device during the three month average period ending May 2011, an increase of 39 percent from the previous year, driven in large part by the increase in smartphone adoption.
