Schöffinnen und Schöffen werden bei Absprachen in Strafverfahren entgegen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften häufig nicht einbezogen oder sind an Absprachen beteiligt, die illegal sind. Zu diesem Ergebnis kommt die bislang größte Umfrage unter Laienrichterinnen und -richtern in Deutschland.
