Zwei Artikel in der aktuellen Ausgabe von Science unterstützen die These, dass Musik auf der ganzen Welt – trotz vieler Unterschiede – große Gemeinsamkeiten aufweist. ForscherInnen unter der Leitung von Samuel Mehr von der Universität Harvard haben eine umfassende Analyse der Musik verschiedenster Kulturen durchgeführt.
