Microsoft to acquire Canadian provider of release management solutions, extending its DevOps solutions that utilize Microsoft Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.

REDMOND, Wash., and LAVAL, Quebec — June 3, 2013 — Microsoft Corp. and InCycle Software Inc. today announced that Microsoft has reached an agreement to acquire the InRelease Business Unit from InCycle Software, a leading provider of application lifecycle management (ALM) services and Release Management solutions on the .NET platform.
