Wie sie genau funktioniert, ist unbekannt – doch der Mensch verfügt über eine innere Uhr, die es ermöglicht, Zeiträume unbewusst wahrzunehmen und abzuschätzen. Ein Forschungsteam um Dr. Roland Thomaschke vom Institut für Psychologie der Universität Freiburg hat in Experimenten gezeigt: Emotionen bewirken, dass sich dieses mentale Zeitverarbeitungssystem schnell und flexibel an zeitliche Vorhersagemuster anpassen kann. Finding Neutrinos – a Q&A with Matthew Green
Matthew Green is an assistant professor of physics at NC State. He was involved in a multi-institutional research project aimed at detecting a process called Coherent Elastic Neutrino Nuclear Scattering (CEvNS). Innsbrucker Quantenphysiker haben nun ein Verfahren entwickelt, mit dem unterschiedlich kodierte Bauteile wie Prozessor und Speicher miteinander verbunden werden können.
