Corona-Lockdown bringt strukturelle Probleme der Einrichtungen zu Tage – Aktuelle Teilstudie zu Bewegungsförderungsprojekt der Sportwissenschaft der Universität Tübingen

Bewegung erhält die Mobilität, Autonomie und das Wohlbefinden älterer Menschen. Der Bewegungsförderung kommt vor allem auch in Pflegeheimen besondere Bedeutung zu. Wie es damit während des Corona-Lockdowns aussah, hat ein Team des Instituts für Sportwissenschaft der Universität Tübingen unter der Leitung von Dr. Annika Frahsa und Professor Ansgar Thiel in acht Einrichtungen in der Tübinger Region untersucht.
