Priceline.com And IBM Settle Patent Lawsuits
ARMONK, N.Y. – 28 Dec 2017: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has reached agreement to resolve the patent lawsuit between IBM and The Priceline Group (NASDAQ: PCLN) pending in the United States District Court for Delaware.
