IBM Acquires PSS Systems

ARMONK, N.Y. – 14 Oct 2010: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced that it has acquired PSS Systems, a privately held company based in Mountain View, Calif.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
