Sleep good. Good Night.

Not only 70 million Americans, but worldwide millions more suffer from having a good night’s sleep.

One of the obvious reasons is excessive work or having less work (done) than the body is normally used to do.

And nightmares. A definite reason of experiencing nightmare is ‘uncertainty’ of some sort, either it’s study-related, fear of unemployment, risky health conditions, or whatever it is.

However, it’s better to leave the issue on Dr. Manny to find the reasons of ‘sleep disorder’ and to get the proper solutions for it, because we all know how important it is to enjoy a sound sleep to stay healthy for the next day’s hard work. 🙂

So now sleep good. Good night. 😉

    Sleep Disorders like sleep paralysis really disturbs me at night. I usually experience it when my throat gets dry.,`;
