Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Austrian city of Graz on Saturday on his way to Berlin for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Mr. Putin was a guest at the wedding of Austrian Foreign Minister Karin Kneissl and Wolfgang Meilinger.
There Mr. Putin gave the newly weds presents, danced with the bride and had a brief conversation with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, who also attended the celebration.
