For a Stressful Day

If a day is too stressful or if heart is beating too fast, may be a contact with nature can relieve the stress and lower the heart rate. These are results of scientific study.

But it need real contact with nature, not a technologically presented nature on high-definition plasma tv. Although a picture of a green nature or beautiful beach hanging from the wall can have soothing effect, but real nature is the right solution. As a natural species we need interaction with nature. Leave the plasma tv for the robots that are coming in future days. 🙂
