With more than a billion dollar market capital, Verge (XVG) recently announced its partnership with porn industry.
Porn Industry is huge. Pornhub is one of the most visited site globally. In US it holds currently 17 th position. In the UK its position is 20. The Japanese love porn too. Pornhub took 24 th position there. These are all latest Alexa traffic data.

Verge cares about privacy. As noted on Vergecurrency.com: The IP addresses of the users are fully obfuscated and transactions are completely untraceable.
So perfect for the porn industry.
Currently more than 80 vendors accept verge as a method of payment.
Althoug the news of partnership disappointed many in the Verge community and there was a sudden surge of selling the coin in Exchanges, but in the long run this partnership can change the whole crypto world.
The truth is: this partnership proved increased adoption of cryptocurrencies in real-world trading and verge is no porn coin. Is Dollar or Euro porn currencies (just because porn industry use them in their daily trading as well). No. They are not. So if we accept Dollar or Euro in our everyday life, then why do we get upset about Verge’s new partners. It’s business as usual.
It’s also not a subject of ‘Morality’. What morality you would like to talk here? The US Government allows the pron industry. In western countries and economies porn industry is treated just like other industries. The lawmakers don’t bring any morality issue here. Just think about sex toys. It’s a growing business too. And that’s not all. Sex robots are on their way to our real-life soon. As I said, it’s all about business, money and profit.
For those who hoped PayPal or Amazon as the new partner, just wait. The crypto world is still in its infancy. It’s growing and developing. Give it a little more time. In May the whole scenario will turn to Verge’s favor. I am 100% sure.
