Fabric that professor Steve Dentel, civil & environmental engineering, is working with which is similar to raincoat material and is hydrophobic but ‘breathable’. Professor Dentel was awarded a grant from the Gates Foundation for investigating potential uses for the material related to clean water and sewage containment.
