Normalerweise hat der Mensch fünf Finger an jeder Hand, dann also zehn Finger an seinen zwei Händen. Es sind:

kleiner Finger (small finger),
Ringfinger (ring finger),

Common expression ‘wishing success for someone’, like, you have an interview and your friends say:
Ich drücke dir die Daumen! - I'll keep fingers crossed for you! (He wishes/prays success for you!!!)
