Click on Start, go to 'device manager'
Your webcam is normally under the 'Imaging Devices' category, right-click on it, and choose 'Disable' or 'Uninstall' as you like.
Another way to open your device manager: in your laptop or pc's search option just type devmgmt.msc or device manager and press Enter. It will open your device manager window.
