These are commonly used adverbs in everyday life for German language speakers.
oben - above, upstairs
nach oben schauen – to look up
Bist du schon oben gewesen? - Have you already been up (there)?
Alles Gute kommt von oben. - All good things come from above (means from heaven)
unten – below, downstairs
