I am shocked at the incident in Virginia tech. How a young man of 23 years old can be so brutal or insane to commit such cruelty. I guess S. Korea is a very family-oriented society and guns are forbidden certainly. And authorities slow response reminds me a beaurocratic structure functioning in the events of any disaster. It´s ridiculous!!
